1. Booking & Confirmation
All tour bookings and cab reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is considered confirmed once the itinerary and pricing are agreed upon and any applicable advance confirmation is finalized with our representative.
2. Inclusions & Exclusions
Our quotes clearly outline what is included (e.g. private AC vehicle, fuel, toll taxes, state road taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances). Monument entry fees, camera tickets, meals, and personal purchases are generally not included unless specifically noted in writing.
3. Vehicle Usage & Passenger Guidelines
Vehicles are provided for the designated route and sightseeing itinerary discussed. Unscheduled route diversions or extra kilometers beyond standard local sightseeing limits may incur additional charges at standard per-kilometer rates.
4. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While our chauffeurs strive for utmost punctuality, Shri Parmanand Tour and Travels is not liable for delays caused by heavy road traffic, severe weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or unforeseen highway closures. In the rare event of vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be arranged promptly.
